Some people in wheel chairs or people with some form of disability may feel there’s no hope in pursuing their goals and dreams. This American man is proving that disability doesn’t necessarily mean inability.
Zack Ruhl from Texas had to amputate both of his legs after he was born with a rare bone condition. But that didn’t stop him from pursuing his dreams.
The twenty-six-year old uses a special wheelchair to do the sports he loves such as lifting weights. He has even opened his own gym, offering free classes to amputees. He can perform hand stands and incredible push-ups in his wheelchair.
Zack is now looking to join his country during the 2016 Paralympics. His special message for amputees and disabled people would be: "Don't let anybody tell you you can't do something. You always have room to grow, just keep going and don't let anybody tell you nothing."
