'Comey’s dismissal very welcome decision'

An analyst says former FBI director James Comey hurt his own credibility by failing to recommend an indictment against Hillary Clinton and therefore his dismissal was timely.

Editor of Veterans Today Mike Harris believes that the dismissal of FBI Director James Comey is a very welcome decision, adding that it would give Attorney General Jeff Sessions a chance to "revamp the entire bureau” and make it a more “efficient” and “lawful” agency within the US government.

“I think that former director Comey really hurt himself. It hurt his credibility whenever he failed to recommend an indictment against [former Democratic presidential candidate] Hillary Clinton. The way she mishandled classified information … is incomprehensible. So I think this is overdue and I think it is very welcome,” Harris told Press TV in an interview on Wednesday.
