Hamas and Israel have agreed on parts of a plan proposed by US president Donald Trump to end the war in Gaza. The first phase of the plan will see a ceasefire set to take effect Thursday evening. Gazans, however, have cautiously welcomed the agreement, hoping for lasting peace on their land.
