Iran’s armed forces spokesman warns the US and the Israeli regime that if they make another miscalculation, the Islamic Republic’s response will be stronger and more extensive. The reaction came after US media reported that Washington and Tel Aviv have decided to resume the bombing campaign against Iran after the midterm elections in early November. US President Donald Trump on Saturday rejected Iran’s seven-day roadmap proposal to end the war. The proposal included the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and resuming nuclear talks.
Cuba condemns US aggression
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla rejects unilateral coercive measures and intimidation, saying the law of the jungle cannot be humanity’s future. Addressing the UN General Assembly, Rodriguez said Cuba rejected any military intervention in Latin America and the Caribbean. He condemned the US use of force worldwide and denounced Israeli crimes in Gaza and the war on Iran. He described the US blockade of Cuba as an act of war and collective punishment, saying it directly harms the Cuban people. Rodriguez also condemned Washington's attempts to topple the Cuban government through economic suffocation.

Iraq has held a ceremony to honor the memory of late Hezbollah’s secretary general Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah on the occasion of his second martyrdom anniversary. He was assassinated by the Israeli regime in an airstrike on the Lebanese capital Beirut in 2024.
