The Handala hacking group has announced that it breached the communications of Tzipi Livni, a former Israeli foreign minister, deputy prime minister, and former Director-General of Mossad's Arab Department, publishing 120 pages of her confidential contacts and exposing what it described as a theatrical opposition to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that masks close behind-the-scenes cooperation.
In a statement, Handala declared that the Zionist regime's cybersecurity has "officially become a laughingstock among nations," describing Livni as "a symbol of years of claims to security and intelligence" who became "in the blink of an eye, a plaything of the shadows."
"As Ms. Livni unsuspectingly checked the messages on her phone, she had no idea that Handala was watching her every moment and every move, a striking picture of a seasoned Mossad operative reduced to a novice on her adversary's turf," the group stated.
120 pages of confidential contacts published
Handala confirmed it had published 120 pages of Livni's strictly confidential contacts on the websites Distributed Denial of Secrets (DDoS Secrets) and Drop Site News, declaring that "the peace of mind Tel Aviv had spent years paying for has been shattered."
The group said the leaked documents expose the true nature of political dynamics within the occupied territories, directly contradicting the media portrayal of deep divisions between opposition figures and Netanyahu's cabinet.
"We have a clear message for Zionist decision-making circles seeking to conceal their true faces behind a theatrical display of opposition to Netanyahu," Handala stated.
"The messages and documents prove that this very same Ms. Livni, contrary to all her interviews and media fabrications, maintained close cooperation with Netanyahu behind the scenes. It was all nothing more than a scripted performance."
Taunts over meetings in Qatar and Dubai
In a challenge to Livni, Handala taunted: "By the way, Ms. Livni, what is the latest from Qatar? Are you planning to put on another act, or would you like the public to hear about the Dubai meeting as well? Perhaps this time, you should explain to the public yourself whom you were meeting in secret!"
The group linked the revelations to broader political developments in the occupied territories, describing the spectacle of the regime's elections as "increasingly resembling a puppet show devoid of security and credibility," and warning that "Handala stands ready in the shadows to expose every mask and turn every performance into a scandal at the right moment."
Livni has publicly criticized Netanyahu's cabinet over its handling of the Gaza genocide, its approach to the Palestinians, and its judicial policies.
In a 2025 interview, she argued that Netanyahu had failed to work with Palestinian authorities and criticized measures against the regime's judicial institutions.
In March 2026, she also slammed the cabinet for encouraging settler violence in the occupied West Bank.
The incident represents the latest in a series of cyber operations by Handala targeting the Zionist regime's political and security establishment, further exposing vulnerabilities in the regime's cybersecurity infrastructure and undermining the image of intelligence superiority that Israeli officials have long promoted globally.
